Ancient Greece

MYTHOLOGIO is a digital platform that showcases the geomythology of Attica, connecting myths, landscape, and history through virtual 3D routes, mobile applications, and a personal virtual guide.

research field

the area

The study area of MYTHOLOGIO is Attica and the Saronic Gulf, with the Hill of Philopappos as a key reference point and a visual axis towards the Saronic Gulf – Aegina – Salamina. Here, myth meets science: myths, as cultural memory, intersect with the geological evolution of the region that shaped today’s landscape.
